Do you offer samples for our customers?

Will you train our contractor customers?

Yes, we can even schedule it within an upcoming open house or counter show. Refer to the distributor locator map to find the rep in your area and they can ride along on your next sales call. Our web based video is another excellent way to train your customers on the installation and benefits of the DuraTite product.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 2% 10 days. Net 30.

How long will it take to get the parts after I order them?

Depending on your desired shipping method, it can be delivered next day to a week. We hope you'll carry inventory, but if not, we'll do our best to get you what you need.

What's your expected shelf life?

We don't think there will be a shelf life. Our initial market response has been incredible. The trade shows we've done and the installers we've talked to have been very excited about the DuraTite System. It is recommended that you always keep at least 1 pallet in inventory so that you're not caught without stock.

What type of marketing support materials do you offer?

What do you need? Let us know. We offer literature, counter cards, in-person visits and a great web site. We contact the installers and contractors who have received samples and direct them to the distributors in their markets. We also advertise in several national trade journals and exhibit at the national and regional trade shows including ASHRAE, ACCA, ICC, Comfortech and ACI.
